We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined a fair refund policy:

• Cancellations 7+ days before the event: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations within 3-6 days: 50% refund (excluding deposit).

• Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund available.

Custom orders and event deposits are non-refundable because of the preparation and fresh ingredients involved.

If We Must Cancel

In the rare event we have to cancel due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including any deposits, or the option to reschedule.
